Yes, we are pet friendly. An upfront pet deposit is required as well an additional monthly pet fee.
When is rent due?
Rent is due the first of the month, however you have until 5:00PM EST on the 5th to pay without a penalty
What do I need for move-in?
Before you move in, we will need a signed lease, security deposit paid in full, proof of renter’s insurance, and account numbers for utilities
Is There a credit check?
Yes, we will do a credit check when you apply.
What if I have bad credit?
We can work with you if you have bad credit. Contact us and tell us your situation.
What happens if I get locked out?
We offer 24/7 lockout services in case you get locked out of your home. An extra fee will be charged to your account for these services.
Who is your ideal person to rent?
Our ideal person to rent would be a family with 1-2 kids, a couple going to school at a university looking for a house with very affordable rent, or anyone working in any job around Pulaski and the New River Valley.
What is the commute to the universities?
The average commute to Virginia Tech is about 35 minutes via I-81 while the commute the Radford University is 25 minutes via RT-11. To New River Community College, the commute is about 10 minutes.
Those seem like pretty long commutes…
They might seem long but there is hardly any traffic on the roads during rush hour. You more than likely won’t be bumper to bumper on these roads which makes the driving very stress free. All routes and interstates feature gorgeous scenery around the Blue Ridge mountains too. Anyone that has lived in a big city will find this commute pretty easy. In fact, the person writing this article has lived in LA traffic and can say that the commute to and from any university in the New River Valley is very low stress.
